As a pioneer of North American eSports, CheckSix was once home to a top tier HALO 2 team which competed on the MLG 2005 and 2006 circuits and was comprised of top talent such as Matthew “Zyos” Leto, Nick “KillerN” Urso and Tom “Tsquared” Taylor. The team rivalled the likes of Shoot to Kill and Str8 Rippin with numerous finals appearances and top 4 finishes.

We’re pleased to announce that CheckSix is once again returning to its roots in partnering with Team VT, an up and coming HALO5 4v4 squad. Having only formed within the past month, Team VT has already had a successful streak on the HALO Championship Series Open Circuit, winning the Legendary Cup #2 and placing 3rd in Legendary Cup #3. This dominance has led to Team VT being ranked 2nd in the HCS Open Circuit.

CheckSix HALO will be led by none other than Brett “Naded” Leonard, one of the most talented competitors throughout the Halo franchise. Joining Naded will be Daniel “D3M0N D” Yakovleff, Donald “Claim” Valdez and Uriah “Articc” Legorreta, to round out the full roster as:

Brett “Naded” Leonard

Daniel “D3M0N D” Yakovleff

Donald “Claim” Valdez

Uriah “Artic” Legorreta

You can learn more about the team here.

CheckSix HALO will finish off the HCS 2017 Fall Open Circuit online events this week in the Legendary Cup #4 tournament, and will be competing the following week on Oct 20-22 in the HALO Championship Series Pro League Finals at Dreamhack Denver.
